National Safety Apparel, Inc. (NSA) guarantees all of the products manufactured by it to be free from defects in material and workmanship.  This guarantee applies for 90 days from date of original purchase of each product when used for the application for which it was intended and when warnings, use and care instructions are followed. With respect to any products not manufactured by NSA, NSA gives no warranty, and only the warranty, if any, provided by the manufacturer of such products will apply. In the event of a breach of the foregoing warranty, NSA’s only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of the product proven to be defective.  The foregoing constitutes the exclusive remedy of the buyer or user of NSA’s products, and NSA’s sole obligation, for claims based upon defects in or nonconformity of NSA’s products.  

This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, whether oral, written express, implied or statutory.  No Implied or Statutory Warranties of Merchant Ability of Fitness for Particular Purpose Will Apply.  NSA shall not be liable for any loss or damage, direct indirect, incidental or consequential, arising out of the use of – or the inability to use – the product.  Before using, users shall determine the suitability of the product for the intended use, and users assume all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith.  Therefore, users should make careful analysis of the use for which these products are purchased.  It will be the users’ responsibility to determine whether these products will adequately provide protection in the environment in which they are to be used.  NSA cannot anticipate all conditions under which this information and its products, or the products of other manufacturer in combination with its products, may be used.  Users are advised to make their own tests to determine the suitability of each product, or product combination, for their own purposes.


Repair and Rework Policy

Our products are guaranteed from defects in workmanship only. If a product is defective, contact Customer Service for a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number before sending the product back. We reserve the right to determine whether a product is defective. After a formal inspection of the returned product we will repair or replace the product if appropriate. We do not repair garments due to normal wear and tear.


Returned Goods Policy

Returned goods must be stock products only. They must be in excellent condition and not older than 90 days. Returns must have an assigned Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number and are subject to a 15% restocking charge plus return freight. Requests for large quantity returns may be refused or partially accepted. We reserve the right to reject returned goods if they are not in excellent condition. Non-Stock and Made-To-Order (MTO) items are non-cancelable, non-returnable, and nonrefundable. In order to protect our employees and our customers from any additional risk, we will not be accepting returns of any COVID related products.
