Non-flame-resistant heraldry attached to the exterior of the garments (e.g., logos, name tags, non-flame-resistant screened artwork, etc.) shall be kept to a minimum, both in surface area and number.

- DO NOT store in direct sunlight.
- Ensure storage areas are clean, dry, and well ventilated.
- Ensure flame-resistant garments are clean and dry prior to storage.

- Follow inspection requirements established by the employer.
- Inspect garments prior to each use.
- DO NOT use garment if it is soiled, torn, abraded, or altered from its original condition. 

- Follow donning and doffing procedures established by the employer.
- Inspect PPE prior to donning.
- DO NOT don or doff in a hazardous area.
- Remove at once if fouled with flammable material. 

- Garments shall be selected that cover both the upper and lower body and flammable under-layers as completely as possible. 
- Flame-resistant garments shall be worn closed. 
- When a shirt and trousers, both flame-resistant, are worn together, the shirt shall be tucked in. 
- Sleeves and cuffs shall be worn down and secured. 
- Organizations shall require that protective neck, head, hand, and foot coverings be worn if the occupational hazard warrants their use.
- DO NOT wear non-flame-resistant clothing over flame-resistant garments. 
- Flame-resistant or non-melting undergarments (closest to the skin) shall be used. An incidental amount of elastic used for non-melting fabric underwear or socks shall be permitted.

- Follow the maintenance criteria established by the employer.
- Flame-resistant garments shall be repaired in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. 
- Flame-resistant garments shall be cleaned before repair.
- All repairs and alterations to flame-resistant garments shall be performed in the same manner and using the same material as the manufacturer.
- Our products are guaranteed from defects in workmanship only. If a product is defective, contact our Customer Service team via email for a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number before sending the product back to us. We reserve the right to determine whether a product is defective. We will repair or replace the product if appropriate.

- Damaged or deteriorated flame-resistant garments shall be retired when they can no longer be repaired.
- Flame-resistant garments shall be retired when they exceed the manufacturer-stated service life, if indicated.
- Retired flame-resistant garments shall be destroyed or disposed of in a manner assuring that they will not be used for protection of industrial personnel.
