TERMS
From date of invoice, net 30 days. All orders are subject to NSA credit approval. Visa/Mastercard/American Express accepted.

PRICING
Subject to change without notice. Confirm pricing with NSA Customer Service before ordering.
 
MINIMUM ORDER
Orders of less than $200 are subject to a $25 service charge. NSA reserves the right to require a minimum quantity for custom orders.
 
FREIGHT
All shipments are sent UPS, prepaid and add-to-invoice, unless other shipping arrangements have been made in advance.
 
DROP SHIPMENTS
Will be made under the same freight policy for authorized NSA distributors.
 
DELIVERY
Stock Items ship in 5 working days or less.
 
Please call to verify available sizes for stock items.
 
Custom Items typically can be shipped in 3 – 4 weeks.
 
Please contact NSA Customer Service to confirm your delivery schedule.
 
RUSH ORDERS
Call NSA Customer Service regarding rush orders. If possible, NSA Customer Service will issue a target date on which the shipment will be made. Rush orders are subject to a 25 percent expediting fee and are not always available.
 
REPAIR AND REWORK POLICY
NSA products are guaranteed from defects in workmanship only. If a product is defective, contact NSA Customer Service for a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number before sending the product back to NSA. NSA reserves the right to determine whether a product is defective. NSA will repair or replace the product if appropriate.
 
RETURNED GOODS POLICY
Returned goods must be stock products, rather than custom items. They must be in good condition and not older than 90 days. Returns must have an assigned Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number and are subject to a 15 percent restocking charge plus return freight. NSA reserves the right to reject returned goods if they are not in excellent condition.
 
CUSTOM ORDERS
In addition to the standard products included in this price list, NSA offers made-to-order safety apparel items. NSA sales professionals are available to help select the right products, materials and sizes. NSA product development professionals are available to create even the most unique made-to-order items. Contact NSA Customer Service for details. Minimum orders may be required.
 
PRIVATE LABELING AND CUSTOM PRINTING
Private labeling and custom embroidery are available for all NSA products. Contact NSA Customer Service for details regarding set-up charges, minimum quantities and per-item charges.
