National Safety Apparel is excited to share that NSA has added a new brand to our House of Brands: Kunz Glove. Kunz Glove has been making leather protectors and other leather work gloves in the USA since 1900. Their rich history and USA manufacturing align with National Safety Apparel’s 80+ years of safety apparel manufacturing. Both companies supply safety apparel and gloves to electrical utilities, among other customers, making the acquisition a natural extension of existing product lines. Kunz Glove is based in Chicago, ten minutes from National Safety Apparel’s 2018 acquisition, Rubin Brothers. They join NSA’s additional USA made brands, Union Line™ traditional and flame resistant workwear, DRIFIRE® military and industrial apparel, HauteWork® flame resistant fashion for women, CARBON ARMOUR™ high heat protective apparel, ArcGuard® arc flash PPE, cutGUARD™ cut protection and a new infectious disease category.
Headquartered in Cleveland, OH, National Safety Apparel is a market leader in the design and manufacture of high quality industrial safety apparel and military apparel. Providing industrial and safety garments for seven verticals, customers include electrical and gas utilities, steel mills and aluminum foundries, glass plants, construction, manufacturing and the armed forces.
